Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment has a zero tolerance for counterfeit merchandise and prides itself on providing 100% authentic items. All our merchandise goes through an extensive in-house authentication process and is further guaranteed by third party credible authenticators such as Entrupy. Any items found to be inauthentic will not be accepted by Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment, in the case you feel your item is not authentic, Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment will allow you to provide confirmation of inauthenticity by a reputable third-party authenticator and will refund you any funds regarding your purchase including the authenticity fee.
All merchandise is regularly updated on our website, in the case an item is not visable on the website or has not yet been uploaded, we will always display the item in our physical boutique as well as through our social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
We understand the concept of love at first site, and therefore we allow you to hold your interested piece with a 25% deposit of the total value of the listed item. Upon payment of your deposit, the item will be held for you and no longer listed or displayed in the boutique or online. In the event you no longer decide to complete the purchase, Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment does reserve the right to keep the deposit. Please note not all merchandise is eligible for holds and reservations, please contact us in order to confirm the items eligibility.
In the event any item or product has been listed on the website or social media platforms incorrectly in terms of price or description. Bijoux Bag Spa& Consignment reserves the right to refuse or cancel the purchase at any time based on that incorrect information. In the event your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment will issue a full refund for the amount that has been paid.

CONSIGNMENT RATE?
Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment offers competitive consignment rates, so you don’t feel like you are getting the short end of the stick. Our rates do not exceed 18% for handbags and 20% for all other accessories and apparel. A Rate much lower than most popular consigning platforms.
We understand sometimes you just want to get it over and done with. Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment offers buyout options for most designer items, if those items pass our authentication process and are in a good condition, we are happy to give you our best offer. Good things come to those who wait! However sometimes we must wait longer than 30 days. If your loved items have not sold after 30 days, we will reach out to encourage other options to help aid in the sale of your item such as relisting at a lower price. If the lowered priced item does not sell after 90 days, Bijoux Bag Spa & Consignment may suggest relowering the price or the option to have the item returned. The seller will be responsible for any returned shipping costs.
